Most of student properties will run on a 10 months fixed term joint, tenancy agreement from:

Tuesday 1st September 2016 to 30th June 12pm 2017
(HOWEVER some contracts are 11 or 12 months, so please check)

Rent is owed on the 1st of each month and payable by Standing Order payments, cash or cheque. If you are unable to pay by this method, you must discuss this with us before reserving the property. We do accept being paid termly by your student loan however, you will need to discuss this with us beforehand otherwise late rent charges can occur.

To reserve a property, all tenants must pay 115.00 pp Holding/Agency fee and complete a student accommodation application form. The fee is non returnable, and is separate to the deposit. An administration fee is to cover all set up costs involved in the student let process. This is payable in full when you take the property and this secure it for you.

Each students deposit must also be received on or by 31st March 2016, this is the equivalent amount to one month rent per person. ALL prospective tenants must be present to sign the Tenancy Agreement. The deposit amount is returnable at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the tenancy agreement.

Your 1st months rent MUST be paid for in advance, in cleared funds on or by the 1st September 2016 otherwise you will not be able to move in.

Remember: when taking on a property it is the responsibility of the whole group (as you are jointly liable) for any damages and to pay the rent and bills on time and in full.
